A new design of integrated RKP front truck. New kingpin design. More safety provided. Worry-free if kingpin breaks, as the board will not lose speed suddenly, wheelbite will be prevented.
I. Bearings Both pivot points use traditional spherical bearings, but upgraded to Japan bearings. While other bearings were considered, spherical bearings were chosen as the most simple, robust, and durable solution overall.
II. Retainer Block
- Adjustable Tightness: The retainer block on the road-side pivot point allows for flexible adjustment of PU tightness/bushing compression, with a 2mm adjustment range.
- Safety Stops: Features safety stops to prevent over-turning and wheel-bite.
- Tool Compatibility: The bolts on the retainer block can be installed/removed using a standard T-tool.
III. Hanger
- Rake: 12mm (Larger isn’t necessarily better.).
- The traditional spherical bearing in the center of the hanger, which interfaces with the kingpin, is removed. Benefit: Significantly improves pumping ease compared to traditional hangers with spherical bearing.
- Increased Kingpin Durability: The kingpin lasts longer due to reduced friction from the eliminated spherical bearing. Estimated lifespan conservatively exceeds 5000 km (Existing data for similar structures shows up to 12,000 km).
- Simplified Maintenance: The hanger can be removed for PU replacement or maintenance without needing to knock out the kingpin.
Summary: Easier pumping with a smoother feel, and enhanced safety.

- Board-side: Tall barrels or tall conical bushings can be purchased separately. Price not included. Road-side: Compatible with 15mm or 19mm bushings. Includes a set of domestic (Chinese) high-rebound 83A (green) 15mm bushings.
V. Usage
- Tightening Sequence: When adjusting PU tightness/bushing compression, first adjust the kingpin nut to the desired tightness, then tighten the retainer block bolts.
- Critical Safety Warning: Do not use the truck without the kingpin installed and the retainer block bolts securely tightened.
